Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003
(as amended) governing the processing of personal data, the customer recognises that his or her personal data coming into the possession of Martin and Christian Pupp will be administered and used by modern IT systems. Such use will be solely for the purposes of fulfilling the mutual contractual obligations and promoting the customer's activity.
The customer is entitled to examine, amend, demand deletion of or
oppose the use of the data, subject to the existing contractual obligations.
