General terms and conditions

• Prices are per person per day, lavish breakfast included.
• Starting from January 1st 2019 a tourist tax of € 2,30 per person and day, payable on departure, will be added to the above mentioned prices.
• All Junior Suites have a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. There is no capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the rooms.
• The Hotel PUPP B&B is a haven of relaxation and recuperation. The hotel’s peaceful ambience is one of its essential features. We would therefore ask you to understand that we can only take bookings for children aged 16 and upwards.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 days prior arrival. For cancellations from 14 days up to 7 days prior arrival we charge 50% of the entire arrangement booked. For cancellations from 7 days up to 1 day prior arrival we charge 80% of the entire arrangement booked. In case of no-shows or early departure we charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
